"Etrusko" project
The EtrusKo brand was born in the thousand-year-old medieval city of Viterbo, located between Siena and Rome and inserted in the Etruria region, a territory inhabited over 4000 years ago by the mysterious Etruscan population.
Etruria is a historical-geographical region of central Italy, traditionally included between the Arno and Tiber rivers and the Tyrrhenian Sea, therefore including the north of present-day Lazio, the western part of Umbria and a large part of Tuscany. The region represents the territorial fulcrum of the Etruscan civilization and therefore the radiating center of the Etruscan culture in the rest of the Italian peninsula.

Eco-sustainability
The products sold on our e-commerce site are all made of genuine vegetable-tanned leather.
The hides of animals raised for milk or meat are recovered by tanneries, which, through tanning, transform them into a unique material. Without this process, the leather would end up in landfills, a true circular economy.
What you need to know, however, is that not all leathers are sustainably produced. For this reason, we have chosen the most difficult and lengthy, but certainly the most virtuous, path, based on ancient Italian traditions and handcrafted processes that require time and artisanal skill.
